Have you been looking for a healthy treat to offer your child that also goes along with all of the necessary dietary guidelines for optimum results in autism recovery? Our kids shouldn’t feel left out, especially during the holidays. How about a healthy Keto cookie made with only natural ingredients that is gluten free and sugar free. Studies show keto diets to reduce seizures by 50% too.
This Keto cookie is made with all of this in mind so nothing will feed the bad bacteria in the gut like candida, or create anymore inflammation, or negatively affect blood sugar. Plus, it’s actually healthy. Some of the flavors have over 5 grams of protein in them. There are over a dozen to choose from. They do have grass fed butter in them. It is a minimal amount and some kids are fine with butter and it is a good fat, but if you know your child has a sensitivity then you may wish to bake your own. Ghee is a good replacement for butter in recipes.
Are you wondering how they’re sweetened in a healthy way? They’re made with monk fruit. Monk fruit and stevia are the only two natural sweeteners that don’t effect the blood sugar, or feed the bad bacteria like candida. To be clear, none of the artificial sweeteners are good either. The have neurotoxins that destroy brain cells. Never use them. Get your free guide to the top 7 foods to eliminate from the diet and learn why they should be eliminated too, so you’re not unknowingly giving your child anything harmful.

Not to worry if you’re outside of the U.S. and cannot purchase the already made cookies. There are cookbooks with recipes you can make yourself. I’ve given a couple of them below. In any recipe you can always substitute an about an equal amount of sugar required for the same amount of monk fruit. Go by your desired amount of sweetness too. Sometimes you’ll actually need less monk fruit than you would sugar of sugar.
You can also substitute 1 cup of almond flour for one cup of wheat flour. Coconut flour is a good alternative too. Go with best consistency. Add in a little “flour” at a time until it looks right for rolling into balls and flattening on a cookie sheet. If it is too crumbly, then you’ve added a bit too much. If it’s a bit too gooey, then you may need to add a little more. Almond milk and coconut milk are good substitutes for cow’s milk too.
