Glyphosate is a chemical found in the weed killer known as Round-up. It is also sprayed on food crops to dry them out when ready to harvest. We then ingest these extremely harmful chemicals.
Among many other things, in this interview you will learn:
- Why glyphosate is such a concern to our health.
- What are some of the foods likely to be contaminated with glyphosate?
- How does glyphosate work to disrupt our health?
- How does glyphosate exposure specifically lead to autism?
- What you can do to protect yourself and your family.
In this podcast I interview Dr. Stephanie Seneff, senior research scientist at MIT’s computer science and artificial intelligence laboratory in Cambridge , Massachusetts, USA. She also has a BS degree from MIT in biology and a PhD from MIT in electrical engineering and computer science. Her recent interests have focused on the role of toxic chemicals and micronutrient deficiencies in health and disease, with special emphasis on the pervasive herbicide, Round-up, and the mineral, sulfur. She has authored over two dozen peer-reviewed journal papers over the past few years on these topics.

TIP: If you want to get rid of weeds the natural way, just add one gallon of white vinegar, about 2 Tablespoons (or two squirts) of dish washing liquid, and add one cup of salt to the sprayer. It works just as well as the bad chemicals, without harming the environment or your health. (If you want to grow in that area later on, just omit the salt.)

Quickly Reduce Your Child’s Symptoms of Autism by Eliminating 7 Foods Most People Consume Daily!
The first crucial step of autism recovery is to begin restoring health to the gut and the immune system.
The health of the gut is directly linked to the health of the brain and therefore to the symptoms of autism. In fact, 80% of the immune system comes from the gut so if the gut is not healthy, then the brain can’t thrive, and the immune system is compromised. It’s a vicious cycle, but thankfully, it’s one that we can put an end to by first eliminating harmful foods.
- Harmful Foods: Identify the foods that worsen autism symptoms and understand the science behind their impact.
- Smart Food Choices: Learn about easy dietary swaps that can significantly enhance sleep, clarity of thought, and emotional well-being.
- Practical Implementation: Get valuable tips on how to implement these dietary changes easily and effectively.

Zen Honeycutt from Moms Across America pointed out the glyphosate problem with even organic produce–especially garbanzo beans. (See her High Wire interview with Del Bigtree). Does anyone know where I can find Glyphosate Free garbanzos???
If the garbanzos are organic they should be glyphosate free, although glyphosate is water soluble so we need to be sure the organic crop is not close to a non-organic crop.
To Karen Thomas: See http://www.momsacrossamerica.com/some_healthy_foods_are_poisoning_us Organic is by no means a guarantee of no roundup/glyphosate. Also, glyphosate does not wash off or peel off.
Yes, this is true. Glyphosate is being found in the breastmilk of mothers that eat organically. Water sources are tainted so crops watered with it get contaminated.
My Son’s main meal of the day is rice and curry. We are Asian and this is our staple diet. ( we live in the UK) my son loves his rice and curry meal. Please tell me if rice is harmful? Is rice a grain? He also eats lentils, mung beans, dry green peas cooked as in a. Curry. I always thought I feed him healthy food. Please help?
Hi Sue,
Rice is a grain and a starch. Starches turn to sugar in the body. Candida and pathogenic bacteria feed off of sugars. It would be best to use lentils instead of rice. Peas should be minimized due to their starch content also. Buy organic whenever possible.
Great information. She did talked about MMR vaccine my son got sick after MMRV a year and half ago and I believe that they are have different ingredients.
My son Ivan like polished rice a lot.
Karen, would it be advisable if we give him unpolished which is a local rice?.
They mostly take tom-brown and wild honey for breakfast.
His energy and aggression levels is always high.
Hi Mark, Rice and honey both feed the bad bacteria in his gut. It is best to avoid them altogether for at least 4 months, then if the gut is better you can slowly reintroduce but at very small quantities. It is best to avoid all processed carbohydrates. If there is no allergy, then eggs are a great choice. Protein is best.
